We are completely independent; our advice on organisational and skills development is unbiased. Our new groundbreaking programme is specific to employers in the food and drink sector. Because it is 100% funded by UKCES it is currently free of charge. We can help you grow and it won’t cost you a penny.

We can help as a critical friend, to create a route map for business growth and, as part of this process, we will help you to:

- Provide you with an outline people and training plan that is aligned to those specific business objectives
What’s involved?
A meeting with one of our team members involving a guided discussion of between 2/3 hours with senior management and key staff in your organisation.
The resulting route map will be specific, relevant to your business, prioritised on company objectives, recommend training and people development solutions and will signpost any available funding support.
It is confidential, yours to keep and any decisions on action as a result are yours to make - but we are here to help you move to the next stage if you so wish and to ensure you get maximum impact from any actions you decide to take.
