Investors in People is an employer led standard and this is key to the success of Investors in People. We have a team of independent employer representatives who verify that the requirements of our framework are being met to in our day to day business.
They are based in different organisations throughout Scotland, from small to medium sized enterprises to multi national companies in both the private and public sector. No other quality standard has this level of scrutiny and ensures that our framework remains relevant for the needs of your business both now and in the future.
