Large Organisation Network Group (LONG)
We understand that large organisations face a different set of challenges. That’s why we have introduced a quarterly network group for large organisations working with the Investors in People Framework.

What will the sessions be like?
Challenge
- Group activities will be built into the day so delegates can shape conclusions and decide what is best for their own organisations. You will be able to build relationships with other delegates and share your experiences. This will be interspersed with guest speaker(s) or facilitator input to inform and to explore different options.
Understand your organisation
- Every organisation is different and what works for one organisation may not be applicable for another. Our sessions will not be prescriptive; rather, you will be presented with a suite of options to get the right solution for you.
Signpost
- We will use the sessions and our website to signpost good practice through books, related internet sites, and case studies.
Work through live case studies
- We will be using real life case studies e.g. Tesco, Virgin, and WL Gore.
LONG was created for you and a steering group of industry peers ensures sessions are topical, engaging and of real benefit to you.
Regular LONG attendees include representatives from AEGON UK plc, Reid Kerr College and The Thistle Foundation.
